TRENTON, NJ. May 10, 2024 (Hudson Latin Chamber) — The FIFA World Cup 2026™ (FWC2026) will bring the largest event in sporting history to North America. The event will be held in 16 unique cities across Canada, Mexico and the United States of America and will feature 48 teams, millions of fans, and more matches than ever before. FWC2026’s Infrastructure and Technical Services team has engaged BaAM to procure and deliver temporary infrastructure at all stadiums in each FWC2026 host city. The selected suppliers will join BaAM as they endeavor to deliver a game-changing FIFA World Cup™ in 2026.
This Expression of Interest (EOI) is designed to collect interest, information, capability, references and details from the North American and International supplier community. As part of a transparent, competitive tender process, we will be qualifying suppliers for each commodity or service package, who will subsequently receive the associated RFP package over the coming months. Keep in mind, if you don’t qualify in this round, there will be more opportunities to participate as we move closer to tournament time.

ABOUT FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™
FIFA World Cup 2026™ will be the biggest sporting event ever — three Host Countries, 16 Host Cities, 48 teams, and 104 matches will unite an entire continent to showcase a momentous new tournament format. With more countries, cities, teams, and games, FIFA World Cup 26™ will be the most inclusive tournament ever, engaging millions of fans in-person at 16 unique stadiums as well as billions of viewers worldwide. The tournament boasts an impressive 39-day duration, with the opening match on June 11, 2026.
To prepare for an event of this scale, FIFA has engaged BaAM to manage Overlay Planning, Procurement, and Delivery requirements. Under the guidance of FIFA’s Infrastructure and Technical Services department, BaAM will lead and manage end-to-end procurement of temporary Overlay Commodities and Infrastructure for all 16 Stadiums and ensure procured services and commodities are delivered as required.
